- By visiting the Site, you agree that the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, will govern these General Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Agile. You agree that the exclusive venue of all actions relating in any manner to this Agreement shall only be brought in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, County of Montgomery, or if a party has or can acquire jurisdiction, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and each party consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts (and of the appropriate appellate courts) in any such action or proceeding and irrevocably waives any objection to venue laid therein. Process in any action or proceeding referred to in the preceding sentence may be served on any party anywhere in the world.
