The patented formulation and design technology enables a matrix transdermal patch to deliver hormones with low skin permeation such as levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol in levels high enough to achieve effective contraception while maximizing comfort.

AG1000 is a low dose, progestin only contraceptive targeted at breast feeding mothers and other women desiring contraceptive where estrogen is not appropriate.

Agile plans to capitalize on its patented transdermal expertise to extend the product franchise with other unique dosing contraceptive regimens and therapeutic offerings.

In addition, the company is pursuing in-license opportunities within the women’s healthcare market.
