Robert G. Conway

Mr. Conway has over twenty-five years of experience in domestic and international operating companies, with a broad background in the medical device, pharmaceutical and consumer products industries.  For the last decade, as founder of R. G. Conway and Associates, Inc., he has helped various small medical device and pharmaceutical companies navigate the product commercialization process.  Areas of expertise include product development, manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and information technology. 

Prior to forming his consulting company, Mr. Conway began his career in healthcare with Johnson & Johnson, and later joined a J&J supported venture-backed medical device company operating as President and Chief Operating Officer. 

Mr. Conway received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
