Paul Schmitt

Mr. Schmitt is Managing Director of Novitas where he has led the Life Sciences practice since 1999. In addition to serving on the boards of numerous PA Early Stage partner companies, Mr. Schmitt serves on the Board of Advisors of the Rutgers University School of Business, the Board of Managers of the Wistar Institute, and the Board of Managers of the Penn State Research Foundation.

Mr. Schmitt received his B.S. in Finance at Lehigh University and his M.B.A. from Rutgers University.
